Feel free to put the call on speaker phone or headset - whatever works best for you. You might want to comfortably lay or sit down for the meditations and be hands free.

We are in uncharted territory. We are being told to social distance ourselves from each other to stay healthy and safe. Fear is all about us, but we DO NOT not have to identify with it. We do not have to let the current state of affairs drag us down. There is another choice...

I have taught meditation for many years and have learned many techniques to clear the energy of fear. I do this with myself and clients all the time. Please know that you are not your emotions. You have the power to change how you feel and think. In this teleconference event I will give a brief talk about the nature of fear and how to clear it and then offer three meditations. After the meditations we can open things up for a discussion and sharing period.

The first meditation will be to connect upward with a higher power that feels right for you in order to receive peace, healing and support. The second meditation will be a clearing meditation. You will get the opportunity to go inward and wash away any concerns, beliefs, feelings or energy that might be currently creating fear/anxiety/stress for you. The third meditation will be a time to broadcast positive energy outward to the world in this time of stress.
